2. Service Description
Horn of Plenty is a client application that interfaces with the AI Horde distributed image generation network. The Service allows you to
submit image generation requests to AI Horde workers and manage your generated content.
3. Third-Party Services
This Service relies on AI Horde for image generation. By using this Service, you also agree to
comply with AI Horde's Terms of Service.
We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or content policies of AI Horde.
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- All content you request to be generated through the Service
- Ensuring your use complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international
laws
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Any activity that occurs under your account
5. Prohibited Content
You may NOT use this Service to generate, request, or distribute:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) - This is strictly prohibited and will
result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities
- Content that violates any applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Content intended to harass, harm, or defraud others
6. Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. Users under 18 are prohibited from
generating, viewing, or accessing NSFW (Not Safe for Work) content. Age verification is required
to unlock NSFW features.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SERVICE OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE,
GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
9. Data and Content
Generated images are stored locally on this server. We do not guarantee the persistence or backup
of your generated content. You are responsible for downloading and backing up any content you
wish to keep.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after
changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any
reason, without notice.
